Maya S. Marshall is an employment attorney at Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon, LLP. Prior to Martenson, Maya obtained her B.S. in Communication from Boston University and her J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. Maya has a deep desire to use her educational and personal experiences to assist those in underserved communities and is passionate about children, education, community, and social equity. Maya established Encourage U with the goal of empowering students and addressing the educational opportunity gap between minority and disadvantage students and their affluent peers.
David A. Oluwadara
Director
David A. Oluwadara is a product leader in the biotech space. Before working at Sanofi, David attended Boston University, where he obtained his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Management Studies. As a middle and high school student who benefitted from various programs that enhanced his educational opportunities, academic enrichment, and career exploration, David is inspired to pay it forward through his involvement with Encourage U. He desires to see all students flourish in their respective professional paths after high school.
